Sonia Almeida Ferreira

Gentle Yoga

Im thrilled to introduce the newest face joining our virtual studio launch team—meet Sonia!

Sonia is not your average yoga instructor. She brings an incredible 22 years of teaching experience to our community, backed by a staggering, university-affiliated 2,300+ hour formal yoga certification from Europe.

Sonia believes that yoga is a lifelong calling. She has dedicated over two decades to exploring the deep connection between the body, mind, and the universe. Her passion is helping students slow down, connect with their inner rhythm, and find simple, creative balance amidst the chaos of everyday life.

She has a deep passion for teaching Gentle Yoga as well as Flow Yoga, making her classes incredibly versatile. Whether you want to drop in for a smooth, active rhythm to get your body moving, or slow things way down to stretch, breathe, and decompress in a welcoming, judgment-free space, Sonia has you covered.

We can’t wait for you to experience her incredible warmth, adaptability, and wisdom on the mat!

Neel Durgesh

Yoga Flow

Neel Durgesh is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Specialist with over 15 years of dedicated practice. Trained at India’s premier National Institute of Yoga, she holds dual 500-hour certifications. Her extensive international teaching background spans from the traditional ashrams of Rishikesh to wellness retreats in Bali and Morocco.

Neel specializes in blending classical Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with deep Ayurvedic healing. Her passion is making ancient, time-tested wellness practices completely accessible and practical for the modern world. Visitors to her classes can expect a world-class, holistic experience designed to harmonize both mind and body.

Renata Pavani

Qi Gong

Renata is a Certified Holden QiGong Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Martial Arts Instructor, and Reflexologist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With over a decade of experience in mind-body practices, she helps students cultivate balance, reduce stress, improve vitality, and reconnect with themselves through movement, breath awareness, and energy cultivation. Renata teaches in both English and Spanish and is passionate about making QiGong practical, accessible, and enjoyable for people of all ages and experience levels
